What Have I Found In My Research!!!!!!!!!!

What have I done this week??? I found research on what the president's cabinet does.Well........Mrs.Barker told us to find some information for our game.So my research is The President's cabinet.The president's cabinet attends weekly meetings with the president and they tell him about problems the see.The president's cabinet is the most trusted people in the White House.There is fifteen executive departments-the Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs, and the Attorney General.The purpose of the cabinet is to advise the President on matters relating to the duties of their respective offices.The cabinet does a lot of jobs for the President Well............The president's cabinet does a lot of stuff,,,,,,,but I can't name them all.The website that I found the picture at is,,,,,,,,, www.techshout.com/images/kid-with-computer.jpg.The website that I found the information at is http://google.com and you search for what does the president's cabinet consist of.So I had to do a lot of research because the President's Cabinet has a lot of responibilities to do.

What have I done In Adding Navigation, Animation, and Sound. Well.........I have done a lot of stuff in Adding Navigation like adding buttons to take to you to a different scene.It was a lot of work, but it was fun!!!!!! A West Virginia Problem!!!!!!!!

I am the Senator of West Virginia and I have a issue that I think you should hear about.My problem is people not having health insurance. What Have I done This Week In Adding Navagation?

What have I learned in flash is that it is very easy to trace a picture using the tools.What was very easy was drawing the created by scene.And what was very hard for me was making the play buttons work using the actions key.After I tried to work with the actions key by myself and I couldn't figure it out I asked Mrs. Barker to show me and help me.What questions I have about this unit is will I be able to learn the actions key and do it by myself,so I don't have to ask Mrs. Barker all the time.I still need more time to work on adding navigation but not a lot of time just enough time to get my buttons working!!!!!!!!! Well............ What Issue I Think Should Be Addressed.

I have an issue that I think should be thought a lot about.My issue is the Swine Flu.I think that people should really take this disease seriously because it is very dangerous.People can die from Swine Flu.Swine Flu is not rare.It is very common for a person to have the Swine Flu. If you get it,it is very hard to get rid of it. You have to take shots and medicine and you can't really do any work.You really have to stay in bed and rest because you can spread the disease. So if you feel like you are sick stay at home because you can give the disease to another person.

Well...........I have done a lot of stuff. Abby Taylor's Visit

Abby Taylor visited us on 10-19-09 .Amber and I (Angel) told her about our game and she gave us a great idea.She told us that we needed to change our topic because the president can't give orders to the branches. So we came up with a different idea.

So her idea is that the president has to give his partner a message.And we have to make the character talk it to the right person.Because the president can't tell the branches what to do, we have to change our game.Not all of it just some of it.So our game is going to be a little bit different.

What About Our Game?

Well.............Our game is about The Three Branches Of Government.Our game relates to civics because civics is Social Studies and The Three Branches Of Government is Social Studies.The player who plays our game will learn more about civics by learning how The Three Branches Of Government because you will learn how The Branches work.So when we have our game is finished you will learn how important The Three Branches Of Government.Our game is a function game because it tells how the United States Government works.

People's descision

I think that kids have the right to wear what they want to as long as they follow the dress code.I think that nobody can tell you what to wear because it is your choice.My opinion is that is someone comes up to you and tells you that they hate your shirt then just tell them that it is my way of dressing not yours.I also think that if you wear a shirt to school it should not have any cursing on it. SO LETS KEEP OUR DRESS CODE APPROPRIATE ON SCHOOL GROUND!

Civics

Amber and I (Angel) have came up with a game about the three branches of government.We think that if we came up with a game about the three branches of government and make it fun that people will play the game.So the three branches of government are Legislative, Judicial and Executive branches.I have found two blogs on http://google.com/ because I thought it would fit into the theme on Three Branches of Government.

What Have I Learned In Globaloria Class.

I have learned how to play with adobe flash and how to edit my page.I have also learnt how to play the playing to learn topic. Globaloria class has been a lot of fun.I thought that it would be very hard at first but it is easy.What I have found most fascinating is that I get to make a game that people will love and to be very educational.I have learned that you can have fun and still learn in this class.On the topic playing to learn I liked Darfur Is Dying and Katrina:Temptest In Cresent City. Is the internet safe?

Internet is safe but you have to use it correctly. The internet is a good thing to use to but we can't goof off on it. It is important that we use it in school use when we are in school and we're not on myspace or yahoo.The internet is safe, but we get on websites that we are not suppose to be on school property. One imporant fact to remember is not to give out your personal imformation. Another fact is to not talk to strangers on the internet. So remember the internet is very safe, so let's KEEP it safe!

Do We Have Rights?

Do we really have freedom and rights?Do we have responsibility with our rights?

We have a lot of freedom and we don't even think about.We also have responsibility with our rights too.For example,if we rob a bank and we get caught then we get put in jail and that shows that we do not care about what we do.

The fourth amendment states that the police or anybody else has to have a right to search you or your house.

Suppose you want to talk with the principle about the dress code.If you had thoughts that you want to wear spaghetti straps,skirts and flip flops and you gave a speech to the principle that you want that dress code and he/she says yes then you have a responsibility to keep that code and not break it.
So we do have rights,freedom and responsibility.
